The view over the ocean changes minute by minute and reveals different colours throughout the year. My art practice was very contained in size, materials, and time when I first moved to Gampo Abbey in 2017. Our schedule is very full but I managed to carve out a few minutes most days in my little nun’s room to make small works on TerraSkin paper. I used mostly acrylic and a variety of mark making devices.
